Can I apply for I-131 (parole) simultaneously with i-485, I-130 & I-765?

Hello,
I am getting my citizenship in proccess of applying for green card for my wife. After some research I understood that I can send forms I-485, I-130 and I-765 simultaneously with no additional fee for work permit. Some people also say that I can also apply for advanced parole I-131 at the same time. Is it true that I can send all 4 forms together at the same time to the same office with no additional cost for work permit and parole? I am reading instructions to the forms but still very confused about i-131 (parole). The form itself has a field for allein #. Since there is no such a # so far how should I file that form. If somebody could provide direct link with the USCIS info about it or an example of completed I-131 form it would be very helpful.
Sorry for all that confusion and thanks in advance for help.

Yes you can send all 4 forms together if your wife is in the US with you, it all goes to the Chicago Lockbox. As far as the fees go, there is no fee for the I 131 – Advance Parole Travel Doc, or the I 765 Employment Authorization – USICS adjusted their fees last year and now the fee you pay for the I 485 – which is $1010 and the fee you pay for the I 130 – $355 covers the other 2 forms.

If you are talking about the A# in Part 1 of the I 131 then you just leave that blank, I am looking at my completed copy that I filed last Dec – it was prepared by a lawyer, and I have since been approved for my green card. I would also suggest that you fill in part 3, even if you don’t have travel plans as this usually speeds up the processing of this form.. I filed on 12/07/08 and my lawyer put in there that I needed to leave on 2/1/08 for a period of 2 weeks, I got the approval back at the end of Jan.

If you have any other questions, email me, I can always take a look at my completed forms (I have all of them) and try to help you out. There is a book by Nolo publishing, it is called Fiance and Marriage Visas – they have examples of ALL completed forms, I got a copy from the library when I was doing research for myself. You can always try that too.
